  • Do you carry local inventory?
    Pontem carries a large inventory of fast-moving items from Sonia and Decor Walther in Cleveland. Sonia furniture and current collections of Sonia Accessories are available for daily supply. Selected items of the Décor Walther and Berloni Bagno collections are also available for daily shipments. When out-of-stock inventory is replenished biweekly or monthly.
  • Where are your products from?
    Pontem imports from Europe only. Our European partners are committed to our quality and service requirements. Specialty brands from Germany, Italy, and Spain, high in quality and design, underline the quality promise of our brands.
  • Do you ship nationwide, and can you do drop shipments?
    Yes, we ship daily to all corners of the US market and Canada. We can ship B2B and also drop-ship on request.
  • Warranty
    All our products come with an extended warranty of up to 10 years. Conducting stringent quality checks at our factories and dealing with the highest quality manufacturers limit potential claims on technical issues. At our Cleveland facility, we perform a 100% check as well on selected products before final delivery to our customers.

    We do not sell online or to online-only companies because the quality and technical detail of our products are best explained by a trained professional. This reduces potential claims and technical issues later and helps build the brands' reputations for who they are and what they deliver.
